am working part time at whole foods market. LOVE it there. but man, is it taxing on the body. imagine standing in one spot for 8 hours straight, moving your right hand back and forth and bending your wrist to scan products, FOR 8 HOURS STRAIGHT. no bueno. after three years, it's taking it's toll.
the salon i work at, however, is fantastic. i love everything about it. the salon itself is absolutely adorable in every possible way. my written description will not do it justice so i will post pictures soon. everyone i work with is amazing too. this opportunity has confirmed - i belong in a salon!
we went to a halloween party with darins oldest sister and her friends. we won third place for our costumes that darin was very hesitant to agree to when i told him my idea. we only spent $25 on mine (dress from target and rose hair clip from nordstrom) and $7 on darins (the tie!) plus $5 on white face makeup and eyeliners. we did good.
